Description

To maintain a high quality of service for the Infios Platform and WM Advantage, Infios utilizes a weekly patch window to deploy fixes and performance optimizations. These patch windows do not impact customer-specific functions, such as customized mobile workflows or pages. The WM Advantage solution remains available during these windows. Occasionally, some users may experience a brief interruption in connectivity, requiring login. No further action should be necessary on your part. - Configuration environments are updated on Tuesday - Test environments are updated on Thursday - Production environments are updated on the following Tuesday If you are experiencing issues, please open a ticket in the Infios support portal -- located at https://infios.service-now.com/csm -- or call the support line at (800) 328‑3271.

Description

We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the original given date of the QA refresh and appreciate your understanding. The refresh did not occur on April 10th but will instead be on April 17th. The shared QA servers will be refreshed with Production data starting at the end of this week on Friday, April 17th. Included as part of your subscription, this refresh occurs once per release cycle to prepare for our customer testing period for the next product release. Please note that customers will have use of their QA environment up until 12:00 pm EDT on Friday, April 17th. We ask that any configurations in QA that need to be backed up are copied to PROD prior to Thursday, April 16th at 9:00 pm EDT. This will ensure they are included in the PROD backup and copied successfully back to QA after the refresh. The QA environments will be available for use again no later than 12:00 pm EDT on Monday, April 20th, but may be online as early as Saturday, April 18th at 12:00 pm EDT. At that time, please test your workflows and any customizations you may have. If you have any questions, please open a ticket in the Support Portal or reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
