Description

Dear TMS Customer, As part of our commitment to providing customers with premier security, SLAs and service, we require all customers to be within six months of the current release of the MercuryGate TMS. We would like to remind you that a mandatory upgrade of Production TMS to the finalized stable August release (25.10713.17) will take place on December 10, 2025 at 10:00 PM EST. If you are receiving this message, your Production TMS is on a version prior to August release and, as of this notice, will be included in the mandatory promote. We recommend taking this time as an opportunity to test this version in QA environments. If you are already on the latest release or have plans to upgrade to the August release, or newer, prior to this date, please disregard this message. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to customer support.
