We would like to remind you that a mandatory upgrade of Production TMS to the finalized stable October 2025 release (25.11006.16) will take place on April 8, 2026 at 10:00 PM EST. If you are receiving this message, your Production TMS is on a version prior to October 2025 release and, as of this notice, will be included in the mandatory promote. We recommend taking this time as an opportunity to test this version in QA environments. If you are already on the latest release or have plans to upgrade to the October release, or newer, prior to this date, please disregard this message. We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the original given date of the QA refresh and appreciate your understanding. The refresh did not occur on April 10th but will instead be on April 17th. The shared QA servers will be refreshed with Production data starting at the end of this week on Friday, April 17th. Included as part of your subscription, this refresh occurs once per release cycle to prepare for our customer testing period for the next product release. Please note that customers will have use of their QA environment up until 12:00 pm EDT on Friday, April 17th. We ask that any configurations in QA that need to be backed up are copied to PROD prior to Thursday, April 16th at 9:00 pm EDT. This will ensure they are included in the PROD backup and copied successfully back to QA after the refresh. The QA environments will be available for use again no later than 12:00 pm EDT on Monday, April 20th, but may be online as early as Saturday, April 18th at 12:00 pm EDT. At that time, please test your workflows and any customizations you may have. If you have any questions, please open a ticket in the Support Portal or reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
