Dear TMS Customer, As part of our commitment to providing customers with premier security, SLAs and service, we require all customers to be within six months of the current release of the MercuryGate TMS. We would like to inform you that a mandatory upgrade of Production TMS to May release (25.10414) will take place on September 17, 2025 at 10:00 PM ET. If you are already on the latest release or have plans to upgrade to May release, or newer, prior to this date, please disregard this message. We will send subsequent reminders starting two (2) weeks before maintenance is to occur, to the affected parties. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to customer support.
